PROJECTS

Specializing mainly in HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, we conceive every one of our projects as a comprehensive unit, aiming to strike a balance among different plant services and utilities.

With this aim, seeking the most convenient solution for each project, we develop and deliver all necessary engineering services, catering to every company’s production needs and focusing on the different regulatory guidelines (ISO, GMP, FDA, EMEA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISPE). We take part in every step of the project, addressing every need in a manufacturing facility. We offer comprehensive project design services: starting with a general project outline, followed by a feasibility study, site location assessment and service availability evaluation. The stage of basic project design ensues until the final project is developed, with detailed plans and technical data sheets, design qualification documents, construction work management, and all necessary requirements for delivering any pharmaceutical facility project.

WORKS

IMG_8654_5_6_fusedc-1024x683.jpg

Specializing mainly in HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, we conceive every one of our projects as a comprehensive unit, aiming to strike a balance We perform a wide range of construction works and installations. different plant services and utilities.

From small-scale thermo-mechanical installations, remodeling, renovation and extension of pharmaceutical production areas to the construction of aseptic areas, clean areas, controlled areas and “turnkey” pharmaceutical plants. We are in permanent collaboration with specialized firms in each aspect of our projects (construction work, piping, duct systems, equipment manufacture), that adapt to our engineering processes and specifications and work under our direct supervision, monitoring and management. Apart from monitoring and supervision, our technical staff performs tasks requiring a greater degree of specialization, experience and quality, such as the installation of electrical panels, DDC system instruments and programming, HVAC system startup, testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) according to project data, operating equipment control and verification, etc.

THESE OPERATING PROCESSES GUARANTEE THREE BASIC ASPECTS FOR THE SUCCESS OF A PROJECT:

1.

Firstly, they ensure a high degree of specialization in each area, both for general installations and highly-detailed tasks.

2.

Secondly, they allow for lower operating costs by requiring a reduced business structure.

3.

Last, this structure enables our clients to maintain direct contact with the same professionals.
